By downloading or using BlitzMode, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the app.
Use of the App
BlitzMode is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to misuse, copy, distribute, or modify the app beyond what is permitted by applicable law.
Subscriptions & Payments
BlitzMode offers auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium features.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
All billing is handled securely by Apple. BlitzMode does not process or store payment information.
Free Access
Certain features of BlitzMode may be available without a subscription. Access to premium functionality requires an active subscription.
No Guarantees
BlitzMode provides reading and focus tools designed to improve user experience. However, we do not guarantee specific results in reading speed, comprehension, or performance.
Limitation of Liability
BlitzMode is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify the app and these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
